My love for people is expansive, I thrive in collaborative work, and I believe deeply in the human capacity for growth, change, and self-discovery at any age

Portrait of Libby Clow I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and Registered Hypnotherapist in Washington state, working with teens & adults. I received my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University of New England in 2025, where (in addition to core coursework) I gravitated towards the topics of grief & loss, chronic illness, death & dying, foodways for mental health, and the therapeutic potential of personal & spiritual pilgrimage. Since the completion of my counseling degree, I have completed my Level 1 Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis with the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis.

In addition to my counseling degree, I hold an MA in Food Culture and Communications from the Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche (Italy) and a BA from Tulane University in Theater & Women’s Studies. Much of my professional life has been dedicated to service and education in both the performing arts and culinary worlds, and I bring various aspects of these dynamic relational worlds with me into the therapy room.
